Finalists from Phase One will be notified on or before December 7, 2009.

The winners will be notified by Monday, January 25, 2010. The winning entries will be posted online after the NEBSA Convention which will be held February 22 -24, 2010. Links to view the submissions will be available here after February 25, 2010.
